Coyote Baseball Off-Season Champion

We concluded the strength and conditioning portion of our off-season program this week.  I was very pleased with the gains our players made in strength and speed.  Eighty-four percent of the players ran a faster 60 yd dash time this week than they did at the start of the program.  The program concluded with the 60 yd dash test, a shuttle run test, and test of strength and speed similar to a World's Strongest Man event.  Our boys showed a ton of toughness and competitiveness that will serve them well this spring.  Our Coyote Off-Season winners are listed below.

60 yd. dash - Jacob Harrison
Shuttle Run - Kal Land and Jacob Harrison
Chain Pull - Sergio DeAnda

Overall Champion - Sergio DeAnda
